Booking Process

Easy Steps for booking your stay at Hope End Holiday barn

  1. Look for the relevant available date.
  2. Give us a call to discuss and confirm your stay. It will then be confirmed via email and marked as booked on the calendar. We ask for full payment at time of booking. We take all major credit cards, cheques and Bacs Transfers.
  3. On the Saturday at the start of your stay, arrival time is from 2pm. If you are going to be later than 6pm, please call.
  4. You will be met upon your arrival and shown around the Barn. This will give you a chance to ask any questions you may have. We want you to be as comfortable as possible so please ask about anything
  5. On the morning of your departure we ask you to vacate by 10am.

Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel please let us know immediately!
If you cancel with more than 2 months to spare we will give you a full refund.

If you cancel within 2 months of your stay the cost of one night will be payable. Cancellation within four weeks will incur the full cost. If you shorten your stay after arrival the total cost will be still be due.
